Educational Qualification of Agriculture Insurance Company Recruitment:

1. For Management Trainees:

• Agriculture Sciences: B. Sc. (Agriculture)/ B. Sc. (Horticulture)/ B.E./B. Tech in Agriculture Engineering with 60% marks, (for SC/ST 55% marks). Or M.Sc. (Agriculture) with 60% marks (For SC/ST 55% marks)
• Information Technology: BE/B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) with 60% marks, (for SC/ST 55% marks) Or MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) with 60% marks, (for SC/ST 55% marks) 
• Legal: Graduate in Law with 60% marks, (for SC/ST 55%) Or Post Graduation in Law with 60% marks (for SC/ST 55%) 
• Accounts:

B.Com with 60% marks (for SC/ST 55% marks) Or

M.Com with 60% marks (for SC/ST 55% marks) Or

Chartered Accountants (ICAI) Or

Company Secretary (ICSI) Or

Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India) Or

Emoluments & Benefits:

(A) Management Trainees: The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 40,000/- p.m. for the 1st year and Rs. 42,500/- p.m. for the 2nd year.

(B) Hindi Officer: Scale I Basic pay of Rs.32795/- on the scale of Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)- 62315 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 65,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. 

Age (as on 01.11.2021) :

• Minimum Age: 21 years &
• Maximum Age: 30 years

Age relaxation for various categories is as under:

• SC/ ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PWD: 10 years
