Applicant should be in possession of original matriculation mark sheet, pass certificate and Latest passport size photograph (Not older than six months from the date of application) of the candidate duly self-attested is to be pasted on the application form and additional passport size photographs in duplicate are to be attached.
3. Name of applicant in all document to be written as per matriculation pass certificate.
4. Medical examination will be done at Air Force Station Jorhat after screening test.
