ARIAS Society Assam Recruitment 2023 Details:
1. Name of Post: Data Analyst (DA)
No of Post: 01 Post
Salary: Rs.6.60 Lakh To Rs. 10.80 Lakh per year
Essential Qualification: Master in Statistics/Economics or closely related subject from any recognized university. Should have good skills on Data administration, data management, and computer and information technology.
Experience: The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience from the date of passing his/her required educational qualification in Data Analysis of projects for any public or private sector organization. In case, sufficient candidates with 5 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the interview panel may allow candidates having less than 5 years of experience to appear before the interview panel and if selected they will be hired at a lower remuneration.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not be more than 50 years as of 1 st March 2023.

2. Name of Post: District Enterprise Development Executive(DEDE)
No of Post: 02 Posts
Salary: Rs. 3.00 Lakh To Rs. 4.20 Lakh per year
Essential Qualification: Any graduates preferable B.Sc in Agriculture or allied sectors/ B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture/ food technology/ BBA with at least 3 years’ experience in agribusiness, food processing sector.
Experience: Experience in entrepreneurship and enterprise Development, counseling for enterprises, conducting training & capacity building programmes and facilitating access to finance and business development, marketing of agri / food products will be and added advantage. Entrepreneurial mind- set, including ability to work independently, self- motivated, and propose and implement new initiatives. Well conversant in use of internet, email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel is essential. Fluency in Assamese, English & Hindi. Motivated to travel frequently to meet the program’s needs and deliver impact effectively.
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 1st March 2023

3. Name of Post: District Enterprise Development Coordinator(DEDC)
No of Post: 01 Post
Salary: Rs. 6.60 Lakh To Rs. 10.80 Lakh per year
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA/ PGDBM) specializing in agribusiness/ entrepreneurship/ rural management/ marketing/finance.
Experience: With five (5) years of demonstrated experience in promoting entrepreneurship, working in incubation program for handholding of enterprises or small business development programs.
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 40 years of age as on 1st March, 2023.

4. Name of Post: District Environment Coordinator(DEC)
No of Post: 02 Posts
Salary: Rs.4.20 Lakh per year
Essential Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Ecology & Environment / Environmental Science/ Life Science/ Zoology/ Botany. A combination of several specializations and/or additional trainings would be an asset
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Environment Management and related activities. Computer Skills: The DEC must have proven experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Age Limit: The candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st March, 2023.

5. Name of Post: MIS Executive (MIS)

Salary: Rs.4.20 Lakh per year
Essential Qualification: B. Sc. (IT or Comp. Sc.)/B. Tech. (Computer Science)/Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)/ three years Diploma in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Experience: The MIS Executive should have at least 4 years (in case the bachelor’s degree/ diploma is of three years duration) or 3 years (in case the Bachelor’s degree is of four years duration) professional experience in the field of MIS in any public/ private sector organization
Age Limit: Candidate should be at most 35 years as of 1st March 2023.

6. Name of Post: Senior Seed Experts (SSE)

Salary: Rs.11.40 Lakh To Rs. 19.20 Lakh per year
Essential Qualification: Masters degree in Agriculture preferably in Genetics & Plant Breeding or Seed Science & Technology or Agronomy from any recognized University/ Institution. A Doctorate/ Ph.D. degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
Experience: The SSE must possess at least 7 (Seven) years of professional experience working in seed production/seed multiplication including paddy any public /private sector organization.
Language: Fluency in English, Assamese &Hindi
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st March,2023.
