ARIAS Society Recruitment 2021 Details:
1. Name of Post: District Agriculture Marketing Coordinator
No of posts: 9
Remuneration: Rs 6.60 to Rs 10.80 lakhs
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Agriculture or allied Science from any recognized University/ approved Institution.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness and Value Chain Development, specifically in the development of market linkages and working experience in the establishment of Agriculture & Horticulture based institutions and operations of marketing enterprises by farmer organizations, agri–entrepreneurs etc. In case, sufficient candidates with 5 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the Interview Panel may allow candidates having 3 years of experience to appear before the Interview Panel.
Computer Skills: The DAMC must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st July, 2021
2. Name of Post: Business Process Re–engineering Expert (BPRE)
No of posts: 3
Remuneration: Rs 6.60 to Rs 10.80 lakhs
Educational Qualification: B. Tech/ BE in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Information Systems or related subject/MCA/MSc IT from any recognized university.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in managing electronic service delivery initiatives in public/reputed private sector agency(ies) at managerial position. In case, sufficient candidates with 7 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the interview panel may allow candidates having 5 years of experience to appear before the interview panel.
Computer Skills: High level of Computer Skills, including proficiency in Internet based applications, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc.
Age: Candidate should not be of more than 45 years of age as on 1st July, 2021
3. Name of Post: Fertilizer & Soil Health Specialist (FSHS)
No of posts: 1
Remuneration: Rs 18.00 to Rs 25.80 lakhs
Educational Qualification: The FSHS should hold a Masters degree in Agriculture preferably in Soil Science/ Agronomy/ Agricultural Chemistry from any recognized university/ Institution.
Experience: FSHS must possess at least 11 years of professional experience working in the fertilizers sector in any public/ private sector organization.
Computer Skills: The FSHS must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st July, 2021
4. Name of Post: Agribusiness Appraisal Expert (AAE)
No of posts: 3
Remuneration: Rs 11.40 to Rs 19.80 lakhs
Educational Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Finance/Business Administration/ International Business/ Economics or a closely related field.
Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in Project appraisal, evaluation, business plan preparation, financial analysis etc.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet, email etc.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age as on 1st July, 2021.
5. Name of Post: Financial Management Expert (FME)
No of posts: 2
Remuneration: Rs 11.40 to Rs 19.80 lakhs
Educational Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Finance/Finance & Accounts/ Commerce/ or a closely related field.
Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in financial management in any public/ private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet, email etc.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age as on 1st July, 2021
6. Name of Post: Procurement Management Expert (PME)
No of posts: 2
Remuneration: Rs 11.40 to Rs 19.80 lakhs
Educational Qualification: At least a Post Graduate from any Govt. recognized University in any subject.
Experience: At least 7 (seven) years of experience in supporting procurement related functions in any project aided or financed by World Bank/ ADB or similar multilateral/ bilateral institutions or state/ national level projects under the Govt. of India; or experience in supporting the procurement section in a large Public/ Private sector Organization. Knowledge and understanding of the Procurement guidelines & procedures of the World Bank/ADB/ Govt. of India or similar institutions will be advantage.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet, email etc.
Age: Candidate should not be of more than 45 years of age as on 1st July, 2021
