ARIAS Society Recruitment 2022 Details:
1. Name of Post: Contract Management Specialist
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Engineering/ Law or any other related subject or Post Graduate/MBA in Procurement/ Finance/ Business/ Commerce or any other related subject from any Govt. recognized university/ institution.
Atleast 5 (five) years of experience in a senior Contract Management position in public sector agency (ies)/ Multinational Companies (MNCs)/ Large Private Companies. Candidates having prior experience (of 3 years & above) in contract management under any World Bank/ Multilateral / Bilateral financed project will be given preference in the interview.
CTP per year (in Lakh) Rs.: 11.40-19.20
Age Limit: Age of the candidates should not be more than 50 years as on 1st July 2022.However, at the discretion of SPD, for candidates having exceptional relevant qualification/experience, age limit may be relaxed.
2. Name of Post: Data Analyst
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Master in Statistics/Economics or closely related subject from any recognized university. Should have good skills on Data administration, data management, and computer and information technology.
The candidate must have at least 10 (Ten) years of experience from the date of passing his/her required educational qualification in Data Analysis of projects for any public or private sector organization.

Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 50 years of age as on 1st July 2022. However, in case of exceptionally talented candidate having wide relevant experience this requirement may be relaxed.
3. Name of Post: Procurement Management Executive
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduate/ Post Graduate from any Govt. recognized University in any subject with in–depth knowledge and understanding of World Bank’s procurement guidelines and procedures. Atleast 4 years of experience in supporting procurement related functions in any World Bank/ Externally aided project or similar Govt. of India/National level projects, with minimum 1 (one) year in Govt. projects .
CTP per year (in Lakh)Rs.: 4.20-6.18
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 40 years of age as on 1st July 2022. However, in case of exceptionally talented candidate having wide relevant experience this requirement may be relaxed.
4. Name of Post: District Enterprise Development Executive
No of posts: 6
Educational Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate however preference will be given to B.Sc in Agriculture or allied sectors/ B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture/ food technology/ BBA with at least 3 years’ experience in agribusiness, food processing sector.

5. Name of Post: District Enterprise Development Coordinator
No of posts: 5
Educational Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA/ PGDBM) with specialization in agribusiness/ entrepreneurship/ rural management/ marketing/ finance with five (5) years of demonstrated experience in promoting entrepreneurship, working in an incubation program for handholding of enterprises or small business development programs.

6. Name of Post: District Environment Coordinator
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Ecology & Environment / Environmental Science/Life Science/Zoology/Botany. A combination of several specializations and/or additional trainings would be an asset
