Education Qualification and Experience:
(a) Mandatory
- Should be retired Army Officer of the rank of Colonel.
- Should be between 54 to 60 years of age at the time of joining
- Should have experience of handling finances and legal issues.
Should have no discipline case during entire service.
(b) Preferred
- Should be SHAPE-I (Medically). Low Medical Category officers can be considered {SHAPE-2 (less S Factor)}.
- Should preferably have experience/back ground of having handled educational Institutions.
- Should be IT Savvy.
- Should preferably be graduate of Defence Services Staff College.
- Should have experience in handling of works / construction projects.
- Officer who has taken premature retirement can be considered if working/worked in education institute for administrative duties.
- AEC officers who have been Principals of Sainik Schools/Military Schools are eligible.
Salary: Consolidated 80,000/- per month with annual increment @ 3% after successful completion of every year in service.
