1. Name of Post: Dy. Director (CST)
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs.36,200/-
Educational Qualification: MD in Medicine /M. Sc. Nursing/ Masters or diploma in Public Health or Health Management /Masters in Social Work or in any other relevant field with a minimum of 5 years post Educational Qualification experience in the health sector. Knowledge of computers.
2. Name of Post: Asst. Director (Finance)
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs.25,000/-
Educational Qualification: M. Com with a minimum of 5 years experience as Finance Assistant/ Accountant with Computer knowledge.
3. Name of Post: Asst. Director (Youth Affairs)
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs.25,000/-
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in sociology/social work /humanities from a recognized institution with computer knowledge.
Desirable: Member of NSS for 3 Years/C certificate holder of NCC.
4. Name of Post: Procurement Assistant
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs.17,000/-
Educational Qualification: B. Com with 5 years experience preferably in procurement skills with computer knowledge.
5. Name of Post: Counselor (ICTC/ PPTCT/ STI/Blood Bank)

Pay: Rs.13,000/-
Educational Qualification:
– Post Graduate degree/diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology/ Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing; with minimum 1 year experience of working in the field of counseling in the health sector, preferably in HIV/AIDS after PG degree/diploma.
– In case of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, graduate in Psychology / Social Work /Sociology /Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing; with minimum 1 year experience after graduation in the field of counseling in the health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS.
– Diploma in Computer Applications from a Govt. recognized institute.
– Candidates should be proficient to read and write in English and in the local language.
6. Name of Post: Laboratory Technician (ICTC/ PPTCT/ Blood Bank))
No of posts: 6
Pay: Rs.13,000/-
Educational Qualification:
– B. Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) with minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field after graduation.
– Diploma in Computer Applications from a Govt. recognized institute.
OR
– Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT); with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field after diploma
– Diploma in Computer Applications from a Govt. recognized institute.
Age Limit For ASACS Recruitment 2020
The age of the candidate for all the above posts except Asst. Director (Youth Affairs) should not be more than 60 years as on 1st January, 2020. The maximum age for the post of Asst. Director (Youth Affairs) is 30 years as of 1st January 2020. Local and deserving candidates will be given preference.
Selection Process of ASACS Recruitment 2020
– Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and or viva-voce interview. The list of the shortlisted candidates will be published in the Assam State AIDS Control Society web site www.asacs.assam.gov.in before 10 days of the date of the written test and interview. No separate call letters will be issued to the candidates.
– The candidates have to produce all original testimonials i.e. Age proof Certificate, Educational Educational Qualification and Experience Certificate and Mark Sheets, Computer Proficiency Certificate at the time of viva-voce interview for document verification.
– The date and venue of the written test and viva-voce interview will be notified later on through local newspapers and Assam State AIDS Control Society web site www: asacs.assam.gov.in.

How to Apply For ASACS Recruitment 2020
Candidates are required to submit an application in the enclosed prescribed format along with self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of the prescribed Educational Qualifications and experience and a recent passport size color photograph. The name of the post applied for should be clearly written on the envelope. The last date of submission of the application form is 19/12/2020.
