a) Graduate from a University incorporated by the Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deeme as a University under Section 3 of the University Grant Commission Act 1956 or possess such qualification as may be declared equivalent by the Government
b) Working knowledge of MS Office and related applications.
Age: Age must not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years as on 1st January 2019. The upper age limit is relaxed up to 5 years for ST/ SC candidates as per Assam Government OM No. ABP06/2016/8-A dated 18.04.18 and 3 years for OBC candidates as per OM No. ABP.6/2016/9 dated 25.04.18.
