* Deputy General Manager (Production) : B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification
* Deputy General Manager (Electrical) : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
* Senior Manager (Production) : B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience:
* Deputy General Manager (Production) : Minimum 18(eighteen) years post qualification experience in plant operation/project execution out of which 2 (Two) years should be in next lower level Managerial role in large or medium scale PSU/ Private Industry preferably in Petrochemical/Chemical/Oil Refinery/ Fertilizer Sector having latest technology with Captive Power Plant & DCS system
* Deputy General Manager (Electrical) : Minimum 18(eighteen) years post qualification experience in line out of which 2 (Two) years should be in next lower level Managerial role in large or medium scale PSU/ Private Industry. However, preference will be given to the candidate having experience in project execution in Petrochemical/ Chemical /Oil Refinery/ Fertilizer Sector having latest technology with Captive Power Plant & DCS system.
* Senior Manager (Production) : Minimum 15(fifteen) years post qualification experience in plant operation/project execution out of which 2 (Two) years should be in next lower level Managerial role in largeor medium scale PSU/ Private Industry preferably in Petrochemical/Chemical /Oil Refinery/ Fertilizer Sector having latest technology with Captive Power Plant & DCS system.
* Deputy Manager (Production) : Minimum 7 (seven) years post qualification experience in plant operation/ project execution out of which 2 (Two)years should be in next lower level Managerial role in large or medium scale PSU/ Private Industry preferably in Petrochemical/ Chemical /Oil Refinery/Fertilizer Sector having latest technology with Captive Power Plant & DCS system.
* Assistant Manager (Production) : Minimum 3(three) years post qualification experience in plant operation/ project execution out of which 2(two) years should be in next lower level executive post in large or medium scale PSU/ Private Industry preferably in Petrochemical/ Chemical /Oil Refinery/Fertilizer Sector having latest technology with Captive Power Plant & DCS system.
