Name of post: Specialist & GDMO (General Duty Medical Officers)

Job Location/s:
● SPECIALISTS : Surgeon-01, Gynae & Obs-01 and Anaesthesia-01 for Shukhovi (Nagaland)
● GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICERS AT AR UNITS:29 Vacancies for –
(i) Nagaland ( Kohima, Chieswema, Wokha, Phek, Jalukie, Khasiram Basti, Ghaspani, Zunheboto Naganimora Tuensang & Mokokchung
(ii)Manipur (Thoubal, Keithalmanbi, Nonei, Mantripukhri, Jwalamukhi, Maram, CC Pur, Bishenpur & Kakching)
(iii) Tripura (Agartala & Radhanagar)
(iv) Assam (Lokra, Kadamtala, Charuduar, Haflong
(v) Mizoram (Serchip & Aizwal)
(vi) Arunachal Pradesh (Jairampur & Changlang)
● DENTAL OFFICERS: 03 at Nagaland (Shukhovi), Manipur (Kaithelmanbi), Meghalaya (Shillong) and Assam (Lekhapani)
Salary :
● For Specialist Doctor: Rs 85,000/- pm
● For General Duty Medical Officer: Rs 75,000/- pm
Age limitations :
Candidates should not be more than 67 year’s (Please also refer para 6 below)
Educational & Professional Qualification:
● For Specialist Doctors Vacancy
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act,1956.
(ii) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Speciality as mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI or equivalent.
(iii) 1Years 06 months experience for Post Graduate Degree holders & 2Years 06 months for Diploma holder in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma or equivalent.
● For General Duty Medical Officer Vacancy
A recognized medical qualification included in first or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (Other than that licentiate qualification) to Indian Medical Council Act,1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II or Third Schedules should also fulfill conditions stipulated in sub-Sec (3) of Sec (13) of the Indian Medical council Act,1956 & Completion of compulsory rotational internship.
● For Dental Surgeon Vacancy
A Degree(Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognised University/ Institution included in the sch to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948) (ii) Should be registered with Dental Council of India.
