The Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) – 2023] is an all-India test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various Undergraduate Programmes in Central Universities under the Ministry of Education and other participating Universities / Institutions / Organizations / Autonomous Colleges.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas, and help establish better connections with the Universities. A single Examination will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities.
For the Academic Session 2023-24, CUET (UG) – 2023 will be conducted on 21 May 2023 onwards. This article helps all aspirants to know all details of CUET.

Eligibility Criteria of CUET Exam
Age Limit: For appearing in the CUET (UG) – 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates.
Educational Qualification: The candidates who have passed the class 12 /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (UG) – 2023 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the University / Institution / Organization in which they are desirous of taking admission.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online for CUET Exam by visiting at official online portal of NTA CUET. They may follow below mentioned steps .

- Click on the Online Application Form link.
- A new webpage will be opened.
- Enter all your personal and educational details as required .
- Upload your passport-sized photograph and signature and other required documents.
- Pay the application fee as per your category and at the end click on submit button .
- Don’t forget to take a print of the submitted application form.

Syllabus of CUET Exam
Language: Language to be tested through Reading Comprehension (based on different types of passages–Factual, Literary, and Narrative, and Literary Aptitude and Vocabulary.
Domain Subject: As given on the NTA website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in.
General Test: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic/algebra geometry/mensuration/stat), Logical and Analytical Reasoning.
