Scale of Pay: PB 12,000/- to 52,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- and other allowances as admissible.
Eligibility Criteria of Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment:
Educational Qualification: Minimum class VIII pass (those who have passed HSSLC or Class-XII or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply).
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: The name of the candidate must be registered in the District Employment Exchange.
Age limit: The candidate’s age should be 18 years to 40 years as of 01.01.2023 (relaxation as per existing government rules)
Selection Process of Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023
The candidates will have to appear in an Interview (viva-voce) at their own expense. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Interview. The selection will be made purely on merit basis.
The candidates will have to produce the testimonials in original regarding educational qualification, date of birth, caste, employment exchange registration card at the time of Interview (viva-voce) for verification.
No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates. How to Apply for Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023
As per the advertisement details, The filled up application must be submitted in Standard Form (published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt. of Assam) and accompanied by the following:-
i) Self-attested photocopies of testimonial/certificate in support of his/her age, caste, educational qualification, experience certificate (if any), employment exchange registration card etc.
ii) Three copies of recent passport-sized colored photographs with signature on the reverse side.
iii) Mobile Number along with E-mail ID (if any) must be mentioned in the Standard Form.
iv) The name of the candidate must be registered in the Employment Exchange and a valid Employment Exchange Registration number is to be mentioned in the application form.
v) The applicant has to furnish a serf declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning that he/she has not passed Hsslc or crass XII or equivalent examination or above.
The envelope containing the application should mention the name of the Post indicating “Application for the post of PEON” superscribed on the top of the envelope.
The applications in seared envelope can be submitted through post or directly in the “dropbox” of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
