1. Name of the post: Upper Divisional Assistant
Number of posts: 01 (UR)
Pay: 14000-49000 + GP 7400 per month + other allowances as admissible as per rules.
Education Qualification/ Experience:
Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from any Govt./ Govt. Recognized institute/ College/ University, who have rendered not less than 05 (five) years of service on the 1st day of the year in which the advertisement is made.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have rendered continuance services as Lower Divisional Assistant (L.D.A) in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department) for at least 05 (five) years
- Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- The selection board reserves the right to relax the requirement of eligibility criteria, if the said board unable to consider the candidature of the candidates, even though he or she possess the requisite qualification for the post.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be selected through Oral interview/Viva-voce.
- The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies of ACR for 05 (five) years, services book and other relevant documents.
- List of eligible candidates, dates,time and venue will be uploaded in the Website of Jorhat District Judiciary i.e. http//jorhatjudiciary.gov.in within 10 days from the closing date of application.
- The candidates must submit their applications in a standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with 03 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs with signatures on the backside of the photographs, self attached copies of all testimonials through proper channel only.
2. Name of the post: Lower Divisional Assistant
Number of posts: 01 (UR)
Pay: 14000 49000 + GP 5600 per month + other allowances as admissible as per rules.
Education Qualification/ Experience:
Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from any Govt./Govt. Recognized institute/ College/ University.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- Candidates’ must not be below 18 year or above 38 years of age as on 11/09/2019.
- Age relaxation for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST and P.W.D will be as per Govt. Rules.
Selection Process:
- The Candidates must submit their applications in a standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette part IX in the block capital letter.
- Candidates shall have to appear in a written test and the qualifying candidates will be called for Viva-voce/Oral Interview and skid test.
- Candidates having knowledge of computer applications and having requisite experience shall be given preference.
- Candidates serving in any government department shall submit their application from through proper channel
- List of selected/rejected candidates for written exam will be uploaded in the website of Jorhat District Judiciary i.e. http://jorhatjudiciary.gov.in within 15 days from the closing date of application.
- Admit card will be issue in due courses of time after publication of the selected/rejected candidates list for the written exam which will be notified in Official website, no other mood of communication will be used.
- The selected candidates who don’t received their respective admit cards can obtain duplicate admit cards one week before commencement of examination form the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Jorhat
- Candidates must furnish following testimonials along with their applications:
a. Self attested copies of certificates, marksheets from H.S.L.C onwards in support of their educational qualification, age, experiences
b. 03 (Three) copies of recent passport size photographs with signatures on the back side of the photographs.
c. A self addressed envelope (size 22 cm x 10cm) affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 5/- only should be attached with the application.
