Gauhati High Court Recruitment Details :

Name of post : LDA / Copyist / Typist
Number of post : 158 posts.

▪️  For UR candidate –  111 posts
▪️  For OBC/MOBC candidate – 18 posts
▪️  For SC candidate – 10 posts
▪️  For ST (p) candidate –  14 posts
▪️  For ST (h) candidate – 5 posts
▪️  For PwD candidate – 0 posts

Education Qualification :

(i) A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University as on the last date of submission of application.
(ii) He/she must have working knowledge of computer.
(iii) The candidate should have adequate knowledge of the Official Language of the State of Assam (Assamese)

Age limitations :

▪️ For General candidates – 18 to 44 years
▪️ For OBC/MOBC candidates – 18 to 47 years
▪️ For ST and SC candidates – 18 to 49 years
▪️ For PWD candidates – 18 to 54 years

Pay Salary :

Pay – Rs. 14,000- 49,000 with Grade pay of Rs.5,600/-

Note*

A candidate is allowed to submit one application form only against a district of his/her choice. Candidature of a candidate will be considered for all the categories of posts (LDA/COPYIST/TYPIST) of all the establishments of that particular district.

A Common Written Examination will be held for selection to the posts of WA/COPYIST/TYPIST for all the establishments of all the districts and selection will be made district-wise. On conclusion of the selection process, posts to the selected candidates of a particular district will be allotted as per the norms to be decided by the High Court subject to availability of posts.

Selection Process :

Stage-1: Common Written Test (OMR based Objective Type Questions with Multiple Choices) of two hour duration of 120 marks.
Stage-2 : Viva Voce.

Application Fee :

▪️ For General and OBC/MOBC candidates – Rs. 300 only.
▪️ For ST and SC candidates –  Rs. 150 only.
