GMCH Guwahati Recruitment 2021 Details:

1. Scientist C (Medical)

No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in Microbiology with one year R&D/Teaching experience or Post Graduate Diploma in Microbiology with two years R&D/Teaching experience in the required subject from recognized University.

Or

MBBS Degree recognized by MCI or equivalent Degree from recognized University with 4 years R&D/Teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS Degree.

Or

BDS/B.V. sc.& AH Degree recognized by DCI/VCI with 5 years R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject after BDS/ B.V.Sc. Degree.

Pay: Rs. 67,000 + HRA per month

2. Scientist C (Non medical)

No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: B. Tech Degree in Biotechnology with Six years R&D / Teaching experience in the relevant subject after B. Tech Degree.

Or

First class Master’s Degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology from a recognized University with 4 years R&D / teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st class Master Degree.

Or

Second class M. Sc. + Ph. D Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology from a recognized University with 4 years R&D / teaching experience in the relevant subject after M. Se. + Ph.D.

Pay: RS. 67,000+ HRA per month

Age Limit: 40 years as on 01.04.2021

3. Scientist B (Non Medical)

No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: BE/ B. Tech Degree in Biotechnology with 2 years experience or equivalent Degree from a recognized University.

Or

1st class Master’s Degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology from a recognized University.

Or

2nd class M. Sc. + Ph.D degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology from a recognized University.

Pay: Rs. 56,000 + HRA per month

Age Limit: 35 years as on 01.04.2021

4. Research Assistant

No of posts: 2

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in relevant subject.

Desirable Educational Qualification:

# Research experience in Microbiology/Virology

# Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management

Consolidated Pay: One Post-Rs. 35,000 per month. One Post Rs. 31,000 per month.

5. Laboratory Technician

No of posts: 2

Educational Qualification: B.Sc./intermediate with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or High School with 5 years Lab experience.

Desirable:

# Minimum three-year experience in Microbiology preferably in Virology and Molecular biology

# Hands on experience of doing ELISA

# Knowledge of Computer Application

Pay: Rs. 20.000 + HRA per month

6. Multi-Tasking Staff

Educational Qualification: High School/ Matric/ equivalent from a recognized Board

Desirable:

# Minimum one year experience in Laboratory work in recognized Institute/Health care setting

# Knowledge of Computer Application

Pay: Rs. 18,000 per month consolidated

Age Limit: 30 years as on 01.04.2021

7. Data Entry Operator

No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized Institute with expertise in MS Office and Data Entry related work

Desirable:

# Minimum one year experience in relevant field in reputed office

# Preference will be given to BCA/B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent from recognized University/Institution.

# Typing speed 40 characters per minute

# Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware and able to attend trouble shooting of Computers, Printers and Network connectivity.

# Ability to compile health related report.

Pay: Rs. 20.000 per month consolidated

Age Limit: 30 years as on 01.04.2021
