Pay and Salary :

Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 37,500/- only plus Grade Pay Rs. 3900/- plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules.

Age limitations :

Candidate should not be less then 18 years and not more then 42 years as on 01.10.2018.

Educational Qualification:

i) Candidates have minimum qualification is Class-VIII Pass.

ii) Trade Knowledge:

(a) Applicants must have 6 (six) months working experience certificate in a star hotel or
(b) 6 (six) months cooking course certificate from recognized cooking institute.
(i) Cooking institute ‘registered number must be reflected in the certificate and
(ii) Star category of hotel must be mentioned in the certificate.

Physical fitness :

i) Must have sound health both mentally and physically and free from organic defect or bodily infirmity likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his / her duty.
ii) Weight should be proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.

Cooking test Candidates will have to appear before the Selection Board for testing of cooking skill under videography.
