IDBI Bank Recruitment 2019 details:

a) Name of post: CA as Deputy General Manager (DGM Grade-D)
Number of posts: 03 posts (UR)

Age limitations: Candidates should not less then 35 year and not more then 45 years.
Education Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation with first class in any stream (preferably Commerce) from a recognized university and Chartered Accountant. MBA, ICWA will be preferred

Experience: Minimum 12 years experience
Pay Salary: Rs. 33600-53900 (to be revised soon)

B) Name of post: CA as Assistant General Manager (AGM Grade-C) 
Number of posts: 05 posts (UR-4, OBC-1)

Age limitations: Candidates should not less then 28 year and not more then 36 years.
Education Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation with first class in any stream (preferably Commerce) from a recognized university and Chartered Accountant. MBA, ICWA will be preferred

Experience: Minimum 7 years experience
Pay Salary: Rs. 42020-51490

C) Name of post: CA as Manager (Grade-B)
Number of posts: 32 posts (UR-17, EWS-1, OBC-9, SC-4, ST-2)

Age limitations: Candidates should not less then 25 year and not more then 35 years.
Education Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation with first class in any stream (preferably Commerce) from a recognized university and MBA (Finance) / MBA (Banking and Finance) / CA / ICWA/ CFA / MA (Economics with Statistics) / CAIIB/ Finance Risk Manager (GARP) / Professionals Risk Manager (PRIMA) or Degree with adequate Treasury Professional Diploma/Certificate etc. depending upon the specialisation required for a particular post.

Experience : Minimum 2/3/4 years experience depending upon a particular post
Pay Salary: Rs. 31705-45950

The candidate should possess excellent inter-personal and liaisoning skills, excellent and unblemished track record and good legal understanding & drafting skills.

Degrees obtained from the recognized Universities or Institutes recognized by the Government of India only will be considered and the final result should have been declared on or before March 01, 2019. Wherever MBA or PGDM or equivalent post graduation degree/diploma is mentioned as criteria for educational qualification, the course should be Full time 2 years duration. Course completed through correspondence/part-time/distance mode will not be considered. In case of dual/ major/ minor specializations, one of the two fields of specialization or major specialization should be in the field prescribed for the post. Candidates having PG Degree (MMS or MBA)/PG Diploma with more than two specializations or General MBA are not eligible to apply.
