Name of post: Assistant Manager
No of Posts: 600 posts [UR: 244, SC: 190, ST: 17, EWS: 60, OBC: 89]
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks and financial services (including but not limited to Micro Finance Institutions/ Non-Banking Financial Companies/Cooperative Banks/ Regional Rural Banks/Fintech Companies) & Insurance Sector. Experience should be Full time & as a permanent employee (Experience below 06 months in any organization will not be reckoned).
Computer Proficiency: Operating and working computer knowledge is mandatory i.e. candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
Age limit: The Candidate’s age must be between 21 to 30 years as of 01/01/2023. Category-wise age relaxation is as follows:
- SC /ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PWD: 10 years
