Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in User Interface/ User Experience in Officer Cadre is mandatory.
2. Name of Post: DGM- Program/Vendor Management

Age Limit: 35 to 55 Years as of 01.10.2021.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience is mandatory as of minimum of 5 years of experience in program management/ vendor management in banking/ financial services mandatory at the senior management level.
3. Name of Post: Chief Technology Officer
No of posts: 1 [UR:1]
Age Limit: 38 to 55 Years as of 01.10.2021.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent qualification.
Experience: The Candidate must have an overall experience of at least 15 years in Banking-IT related areas/projects involving Payment Technologies, Internet Banking/ Mobile Commerce space predominantly out of which 5 years preferably should be at senior management level/managing or implementing large IT projects in Banks or Financial Institutions/Fintech.
4. Name of Post: Chief Compliance Officer
No of posts: 1 [UR:1]
Age Limit: 38 to 55 Years as of 01.10.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Preferable:
1. CA/CS/MBA Finance/Post Graduate degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF is preferred.
Experience: The CCO shall have an overall experience of at least 15 years in the banking or financial services ou of which a minimum of 5 years shall be in the Audit/ Finance/ Compliance/ Legal/ Risk Management functions at the senior management level.
