1. Name of post: Treasurer 
Number of posts: 1(one)

Pay Salary: Level – 14

Age limitations: Candidates should not be more than 55 years as on 1/1/2019.

Education Qualification: 
a) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
b) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic level 11 and above or with 8 years’ service in Academic level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. Or
c) Comparable experience in research establishment and or other institutions of higher education
Or
d) 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

2. Name of post: Librarian 
Number of posts: 1

Pay salary: Level – 14

Age limitations: Candidates should not be more than 55 years as on 1/1/2019.

Education Qualification:
a) A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is practiced.
b) At least 10 (ten) as a Librarian at any level in University Library or 10(ten) years teaching experience as Assistant/ Associate Professor in Library Science or 10 (ten) years as College Librarian. c) Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
d) A Ph.D. Degree in library science/information science/documentation /archives and manuscript-keeping.

Application Fee: Rs.2000.00 (Two thousand), Rs.1000.00 (One thousand) for SC/ST candidates for the post of Treasurer and Librarian through Bank Draft in favour of Kumar Bhaskar Varma Sanskrit & Ancient Studies University, payable at Nalbari.
