Manage operations and labour (upto 20 artisans). Plan for weekly inventory targets and execute on them. Optimize cost and wastage of material. Plan for consistent production regardless of localized issues – electricity outage, labour leaves etc. Ability to motivate employees and create a sense of purpose. Pro-actively identify risks. Manage packaging and daily shipments to logistics provider. Hire artisans and factory employees. Self -starter.
