NEDFi Recruitment 2018 details:
Name of post: Assistant Manager Grade A & Management Trainee
Age limitations:
Candidates should not note then 28 years as on 30.10.2018.
Upper age relation:
● For OBC Candidates – 3 year.
● For SC and ST Candidates – 5 year.
Education Qualification:
1. Graduate with 60% in any discipline (55% for SC /ST) with first class MBA from reputed institutions / University (55% for SC /ST) / CA /CS/ ICWA/ CMA.
2. The applicant should have consistently secured above 60% marks in Class X and XII
3. Final year MBA students, having more that 60% results in past 3 semesters are also eligible to apply.
Experience:
1. Minimum one year post qualification on the job experience in the field of credit appraisal and monitoring / risk management in any Bank / Financial Institution or experience in consulting areas in a renowned consultancy organisation.
2. Candidates having less than 1 (one) year experience, or no experience, may be considered for the post of Management Trainee.
Pay Salary:
28150 – 1550 (4) – 34350 – 1750 (7) – 46600 – EB – 1750 (4) – 53600 – 2000 (1) – 55600 (17 years). Total emoluments at initial basic will be approximately Rs.88,000 thousand per month. Medical facilities and other perks will be as per rules of the Corporation.
Selection Process:
Selection Process will held on A two – three tier interview process will be adopted, including written test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and if necessary, a telephonic interview.

Candidate have to pay non-refundable crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty only) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd” payable at Guwahati
