1. Name of Post: Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts)
No of posts: 6
Pay: Pay Level 12 (Rs.78800–209200)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) from a recognised University or Institute; OR Member of any organised Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central Government or State Government;
Experience: Six years’ experience in Financial Accounting or Budgeting or Internal Audit or Contract Management or Fund Management or Disbursement in an organisation of repute.
In case of recruitment by deputation,the grades from which to be made:
By deputation from officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or autonomous organizations and other Government Bodies:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in level-12 in pay matrix (Rs.78800-209200) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern (IDA) in the parent cadre or Department; OR
(ii) with four years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level -11 in the pay matrix (Rs.67700-208700) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern in the parent cadre or Department; OR
(iii) with nine years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level -10 in pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern in the parent cadre or Department; AND
Possessing the essential educational qualifications and essential experience as described above .
2. Name of Post: Manager (Finance & Accounts)
No of posts: 24
Pay: Pay Level 11 (Rs.67700-208700)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) (through regular course) from a recognised University or Institute; OR Member of any organized Finance or Accounts related Service of the Central or State Government;
Experience: Four years’ experience in Financial Accounting or Budgeting or Internal Audit or Contract Management or Fund Management or Disbursement in an organisation of repute which should include atleast six months experience in Public Sector Units or Government organisation following ‘Double Entry Accounting System’
In case of recruitment by deputation, the grades from which to be made: By Deputation from officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or autonomous organizations and other Government Bodies:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in level-11 in pay matrix (Rs.67700-208700) (in Central Dearness Allowance pattern) or equivalent in the Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern in the parent cadre or department; OR
