1. Name of Post: Consultant (Child Health)
No of posts: 2
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* Any Medical/ Public Health graduate.
* At least 5 years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at State / Regional level, with professional knowledge of Neonatal &Child health is essential and in planning and management of Health sector/RCH programs
* Post Graduate training in Pediatrics or Community Medicine/ Public Health is essential. Operationalization & monitoring of SNCU / NBSU / PICU, etc is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects
* Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
Age: Up to 65 Years as on 31st March 2021.
Remuneration: Rs.65,000/- + (Negotiable)
2. Name of Post: Addl. Consultant (MH)
No of posts: 2
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* Any Medical Graduate with Post Graduate training in OB&GY or Community Medicine / Public Health.
* At least 3 (three) years post qualification work experience in working for RMNCH interventions and at least 3 (three) years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional level, with professional knowledge of Reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health.
* Familiarity with theory and practical applications and essentials of maternal health.
* Experience in planning and management of Health sector/ RCH programs
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects.
* Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
Age: Up to 65Years as on 31st March 2021.

3. Name of Post: Consultant (Family Planning)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
* 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration.
* Computer proficiency –MS Office
* High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
Age: Up to 65 Years as on 31st March 2021.
Remuneration: Rs.65,000/- + (Negotiable)
4. Name of Post: State Programme Officer (NCD)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* MBBS with minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in health programmes.
* Candidates having added qualification like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred.
* Candidates must have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and should be able to plan, implement and evaluate large health programmes.
* High proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skill.
* The person will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state.
* Computer Proficiency: 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
Age: up to 62 years as on 31st March 2021
Remuneration:
* For MBBS: Rs.50,000/- (Negotiable)
* For Specialist Doctor: Rs.65,000/- + (Negotiable)
Selection Process of NHM Assam Recruitment
Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview for which no TA/DA will be paid. List of shortlisted candidates along with schedule and procedure of interview will be published in the website https://nhm.assam.gov.in before the interview. No call letters will be sent for attending the interview.
