1. Name of Post: Executive (Solar PV)
No of posts: 5 [UR:4, OBC:1]
Age Limit: 40 years.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates with Master’s degrees will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years experience out of which 03 years experience should be in any one or more of the areas related to ground-mounted grid-connected Solar PV projects i.e. engineering, procurement, project management, construction, and O&M.
2. Name of Post: Executive (Data Analyst)
No of posts: 1 [UR:1]
Age Limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or MCA or PG Degree/Diploma in Data Science/ Business Analytics/ Data Analytics with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of SQL Server, Power BI, Python, R, Tableau, SAP, or OSIsoft PI
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in mining and validation of data. Analyzing data sets and drawing insights, inferences, and correlations as a decision support system. Generation of business analytics dashboards, visualizations, reports, etc.
3. Name of Post: Executive (LAIR&R)
No of posts: 9 [UR:6, OBC:2, SC:1]
Age Limit: 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least 2 years full-time PG Degree/ PG Diploma/ PG Programme in Rural Management/ Rural development or MBA (Rural Management) or MSW with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in conducting/reviewing/analyzing/ monitoring socio-economic surveys (SES), studying and analysis of the viability of various rehabilitation options, RAP Plan & Implementation. Consultation with stakeholders through participatory tools like a rural appraisal, public hearings, VDAC, etc. shall be added advantage. Candidates with experience in handling matters related to land acquisition under LA/CBA and handling R&R activities in thermal/ coal mining/ hydro projects, experience in handling the CSR provisions of Companies Act, Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Resettlement and rehabilitation Act-2013 and implementation of the guidelines will be preferred.
