ONGC Assam Notice 2019 : Domain Paper & Admit Card [For Non-Executive Recruitment]

With reference to the recruitment advertisement no. 01/2019 for non-executives at ONGC Assam, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Assam Asset, Nazira, Recruitment & Promotion Section has issued two notifications. One is regarding the domain paper during computer based test (CBT) and the other is about Admit cards for candidates whose fee details have not been reconciled.

Domain paper for various posts for Non-Executives: 

Refer recruitment advertisement no. 01/2019 for non-executives at ONGC Assam, the candidates may note that for various posts and qualifications combinations, the domain paper during computer based test (CBT) shall be conducted as mentioned below:

Admit Card for candidates whose fee details could not be reconciled with bank details: 

1. Refer recruitment advertisement no. 01/2019 for non-executives at ONGC Assam, journal/fee details entered by 337 (No.) candidates could not be reconciled with the details provided by the bank due to reasons like incorrect entry of the details by the candidates/bank, candidates not depositing their fee at bank etc. These candidates were requested through SMS/phone/email to send copy of their Challan to R&P Section by email.

2. Despite of multiple efforts, a few candidates have still not responded and/or sent their Challan to ONGC. Some candidates have also informed that they have made the online payment, have not deposited the fee, lost their Challans etc. After detailed scrutiny, details of 70 no. of candidates have still not been reconciled. Accordingly, admit cards for the following candidates shall be issued purely on provisional basis subject to them producing original Challan at the time of skill test/document verification. The candidature of these candidates shall not be considered for appointment even if they are otherwise eligible. No further queries in this regard will be entertained.
