1. Name of Post: Marketing Executive
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: MBA or 2 years’ Post Graduation Diploma in the discipline of marketing. Minimum percentage of marks: 55%. Any additional qualifications/Certifications in the marketing discipline would be desirable
Experience: Minimum 3 years Post Basic Educational Educational Qualification experience in marketing of Executive Education Programme in Online and Physical mode
Age Limit: Minimum- 30 years, Maximum-40 years
2. Name of Post: Assistant Manager (Network Security Specialist)
No of posts: 15
Educational Qualification: First Division in Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) in any stream. (minimum 60% marks from any recognised University).
Experience: Candidates who have 3 years of hands–on experience in managing network of any reputed organisation with at least 1.5 years in any one of the following (as on 31.08.2021):
a. Level–2 resources in an organisation in the business of providing Network Services, OR
b. As a TAC resource in an OEM (in the field of network security devices such as firewall, IPS etc.) OR
c. Experience in managing network security for any organization in the BFSI sector.
Total work experience may be composite i.e. before & after stipulated qualification.
Desired experience in the field: Banking or IT sector.
Specific Skill:
a. Should have expert level knowledge of IT Security, routing and switching protocol and networking devices.
b. Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills,
c. Good team Management and co–ordination skills
d. Fluent in at least Hindi and English languages
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years
3. Name of Post: Assistant Manager (Routing & Switching)

Educational Qualification: First Division in Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) in any stream. (minimum 60% marks from any recognised University).

Other:
# Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e. g. Brand & Media / digital etc. would be preferred.
# Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platform
Experience:
# Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) in a BFSI sector/ Corporates, Media & Advertising / Digital Agency.
# Out of 8 years, at least 3 years’ experience in facilitating designing of creative communication in ATL &/or BTL (Including Digital).
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years
5. Name of Post: Senior Executive (Digital Marketing)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
Basic: Full time MBA(Marketing) / PGDM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing from Institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC. Minimum marks – 60% in MBA / PGDM. Certification in digital marketing from an Institution of repute. Courses completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.
Other:
# Additional Certification in Marketing on different media platforms e.g. Brand & Media etc. would be preferred.
# Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools
Experience:
a) Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in the field of marketing in a BFSI sector/ Corporates/ Media & Advertising / Digital Agency.
b) Out of these 3 years, 2 years’ experience should be in product marketing using digital media platform, with specific experience in search and display, SEO, SEM and programmatic. Knowledge of influencer marketing, email, SMS and SMM preferred.
c) Atleast one year experience (within overall experience) in facilitating designing of creative communication in ATL &/or BTL (In Digital).
d) Experience as mentioned in b) and c) above can be concurrent

6. Name of Post: Senior Executive (Public Relation)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
Basic: Full time MBA / PGDM / Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication / Management from institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC. Minimum marks – 60% in MBA / PGDM / PG Courses completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.
Other:
# Additional Certification in PR / Corporate Communication / Journalism would be preferred
# Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platform is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in a PR Agency / Service Industry. Out of these 3 years at least 2 years must be in PR
