1. Name of Post: Technical Consultant

Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Master Degree in Social Work/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Human Rights or any other related Field from a recognized University
- Good Knowledge of computers/ Internet and having skilled in typing in both Assamese and English.
- Preferences will be given to the candidates having additional Degree in Law/LLB or having domain experience in the legal issues and rights of Senior Citizens.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Report writing and MIS
- Ability to work in MS office packages and working knowledge of spread sheet presentation packages.
- Proficient in Assamese and English language.
- Good track record of working in Senior Citizens specific Govt. programmes/Flagship schemes and working experience in the field of Rights of Senior Citizens.
- Planning, execution and monitoring of plan/project.
- Well versed with issues and Acts/legislations related to Abuse/Senior Citizens/Homeless and Helpless etc.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years of working experience in related to field of senior citizens sector with understanding of schemes/programmes implemented for senior citizens.
- Previous work experience of working with Government/NGO/International Organization.
- Experience in the training and capacity building on issues related to Social Security.
Age: Should not be less than 30 Years of age as on 1st January, 2021

Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Graduation from any recognized University.
- Diploma in Computer course having Minimum 1 year certificate.

Experience:
Experience: Working experience with any Govt. Department/ Private sector/ Registered Institutions/ Organizations etc.
Age: Should not be less than 21 Years of age as on 1st January, 2021
